Community Business Plans: Since development of our first 3-year business plan in 2000 AWN has made what we believe is unprecedented progress for an Aboriginal community. We set very optimistic and challenging goals for ourselves and we achieve virtually every goal that was within our control. We have succeeded, through hard work and with the assistance of many individuals and organizations, and by the grace of the Lord to transform ourselves from a hard luck case to a hard working group receiving accolades for achievements and capabilities.
